This was a Data Art Installation that was installed on a campus library to showcase and bring attention to the stress and lack of sleep that comes with stress. This is visualize through coffee cups to represent various energy drink, beverages that are commonly used to try and keep someone awake. The color on the coffee cups is to represent the percentage of students that would prefer or favor drinks/sales of these beverages as well as statistics on the amount of sleep that is lost. We wanted this data art installation to have simple cozy visual look and to bring attention to the importance of mental health. Through the common and relatable concern of losing sleep through excessive stress. The location of a campus library and coffee cups were chosen to also appeal and relate to everyone who walks by.
